Dr. Mario — About this game
A capsule can solve one problem while creating another. Its two halves may have different colours: matching one half with a virus can leave the other sitting above an important gap. Line up at least four red, blue or yellow elements horizontally or vertically, counting viruses and capsule halves together. A stage ends when every virus is gone, so clearing spare medicine alone will not finish the job.
Look at the next capsule before sealing a column. Detached pieces can fall after a match and complete another line, or obstruct a virus you still need to reach. Starting virus level and falling speed are separate settings, allowing a sparse bottle without forcing fast play. Two players compete in separate bottles at the same time. Clearing your viruses first or letting the opponent block their bottle earns a crown; three crowns decide the match.
