How to Play The New Addams Family Series
Quick start
As Pugsley, collect the statue in the attic and take it to Morticia downstairs. Showing it to her lets you obtain the paintbrush and continue the chain of puzzles around the broken guillotine. Use B to examine people and objects, A to interact, and START to open the inventory before applying or combining your finds.
Controls
The D-pad moves the current character. During the adventure, A interacts or talks and B examines. START opens the inventory, where you can use an object on the scene or combine items. From the inventory, SELECT brings up saving; A confirms and B cancels. Action sections also use Left/Right to move, Down to crouch and START to pause.
The New Addams Family Series — About this game
A broken guillotine is the first of many problems that send you between rooms and relatives. Examine the scenery, collect anything useful and connect what the family tells you with the objects in your inventory. Some items work on the surroundings, while others must be combined first. The threat to the mansion gives this comic mystery a clear goal, but reaching it requires careful attention to the family's peculiar habits.
