How to Play Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots
Quick start
After the start screen, choose two characters and a factory. Move with the D-pad, use A to clear a gap and tap B against a toy. Hold B when you have room for a charged attack, or press it in midair after jumping. Use Y to change characters, collect yellow stars for health and keep picking up nuts and bolts. Follow the stylus instruction when a switch or other task interrupts the route.
Controls
DS: D-pad moves, A jumps, B attacks and holding B charges a stronger attack. A then B gives an aerial attack; Y switches the two characters in factory sections. Touch tasks use the indicated tap, drag or circular motion. In the driving sections the D-pad steers, while B boosts or shoots according to the current course.

Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots on DS combines side-scrolling factory combat with mech and driving sections. You choose two characters, switch between them during the factory stages and use their differing attacks to handle hostile toys. Yellow stars restore health, while nuts and bolts build the health reserve used in the later boss battle. Small stylus tasks break up the route before the action shifts to a mech, a driving course and a larger opponent. The green team meter also rewards continued progress with a combined attack when full. Choosing a close-range fighter alongside a ranged one gives the pair different ways to approach trouble.
