How to Play Ninja Hattori-kun: Ninja wa Shuugyou de Gozaru no Maki

Quick start

Select level 1 by pressing left or right on the title and start with START. Press A to jump, press B to release the shuriken, and move to the right. If you hit a mecha ninja four times, it may turn into a scroll, so check your footing and go get it. Ninja arts are registered in the upper column. Press SELECT in a safe place, move the cursor to the technique you want to use, and press B to execute it. If you want to return to a normal attack, reselect the shuriken and avoid rushing into the enemy while selecting a technique.

Controls

Cross button: Move. Title left and right: 4 level selection. A: Jump. B: Throw a shuriken, perform the selected ninja technique. SELECT: Select the ninja arts column at the top in order. START: Start/pause. Regular shuriken and ninpo execution use the same B, so check your current selection.

Ninja Hattori-kun: Ninja wa Shuugyou de Gozaru no Maki — About this game

Hattori-kun takes on the challenge of ninja training in Iga's ``Shugyo no Sato''. It's important not only to move to the right, but also to hit the mecha ninja with a shuriken, take the scroll, and think about where to use the ninja techniques you've learned. Increase your jumping power with high jumps, walk on water with water, and use techniques that suit the terrain to help you overcome difficult points. However, some mecha-nin turn into frogs, which they are weak against, instead of scrolls, so defeating them does not necessarily mean you will be safe. Contact with Kagechiyo may reduce the number of registered ninja techniques, so you must be careful not only in collecting them but also in carrying them. If you reach the right end of each area, you will clear the area, and you can also have fun aiming for points with the chikuwa thrown by dad. First of all, let's aim for first dan certification by crossing 16 areas.
