Select "From the beginning" as the title and choose one of the 10 tea dogs and tea cats to be the main character in the room. Open "Kaimono" in the room menu, select an item with simple conditions, and clear the specified mini-game. If you succeed, you will receive one item of your choice. When you return to the room, place it using "Item" and save it using "Record". In the early stages, if you aim for each character's cup, you can call the corresponding tea dog or tea cat to your room. There are over 200 types of items, and the seasons and assortment will change as you play the mini-games.

Use the cross keys to select the title, room menu, shop category, item, card or puzzle target, press A to confirm, place, or examine, and press B to cancel/return to the previous screen. In the room, select "Kaimono", "Item", "Move", and "Record" using the same basic operation. The 11 mini-games follow the instructions at the start. Since there is no common assignment table for L, R, START, and SELECT in the published GBA materials, unconfirmed interruptions and shortcut operations are not listed.
