How to Play Ochaken no Yume Bouken
Quick start
Select "Game" from the title, choose your first character, and proceed to the spring stage. For the first time, choose a tea cat that can double jump, which will make it easier to get around high places. Collect 3 balloons in the first half of each area to reach the goal, and collect 3 balloons in the second half to reach the goal to clear the area. Balloons will appear from conversations with other Ochainu and action events along the way, so don't overlook characters passing by and talk to them. Your first goal is to step through the three areas while stepping on enemies and looking for hidden items.
Controls
Move with the left and right arrow keys, and press down to lie down. Press B while moving to dash, A to jump, and press Down+A on a platform to go down. Approach other tea dogs and talk to them using A or the D-Pad. If you hold down A while in the air, the tea dog will slowly descend and slide underneath you while sprinting. If you press A again while the tea cat is in the air, it will double jump. Select, confirm, or cancel menus using the cross keys and A/B. The common unique functions of L, R, START, and SELECT could not be confirmed in the published materials, so they are not listed.
