How to Play Over Horizon

Quick start

At the title, select GAME START using the D-pad or SELECT, then press A or START to start. First, let's use A's forward fire and B's rear fire. The chips that appear after destroying the Unitta change from L to H to B, so take them with the letter of the weapon you want. After the game is over, you can resume from that stage by pressing CONTINUE.

Controls

Cross key: Move your aircraft/select items. A: Fire forward and decide. B: Fire backwards and cancel editing. A+B: Switch option arrangement, press and hold to move continuously. SELECT: Speed change. START: Pause/resume, decide menu. WEAPON EDIT selects characteristics with the top and bottom, and distributes points with the left and right. For OPTION EDIT, change the position with the cross keys and confirm with A.

Over Horizon — About this game

As you move your craft forward, you will break through space plants, opening and closing shutters, ice caves, etc. It's not just about continuing to shoot in one direction, it's important to deal with enemies coming from behind and position options to protect your surroundings. There are three types of weapons: laser, homing, and bomber, and the firepower increases as you collect chips of the same type. In EDIT MODE, you can add different characteristics to each weapon and decide on the placement of two sets of options, so you can have fun trying out combinations that work best for you. The option protects against some enemy bullets, but not lasers or missiles.
