How to Play Overlord Minions
Quick start
Select a Minion and guide it along the opening route. Try an enemy interaction, then identify whether the first obstacle calls for water, fire, poison resistance or fighting.
Controls
Select a Minion with the stylus and touch its destination. Flick across an enemy to send the team into an attack; separate specialists and issue their movements in turn when solving a puzzle.
Overlord Minions — About this game
Overlord Minions gives the DS its own action-puzzle adventure against the dragon-worshipping Kindred. You control the small team directly with the stylus rather than moving an Overlord avatar and a large army. Brown Minions handle fighting, Blue Minions cross water, Red Minions resist fire and Green Minions resist poison and undertake stealth work. Inspect an obstacle, select the suitable specialist and guide it to a useful position. Solving a room often means splitting the team so one member opens a route for the others. Start with a simple path and an enemy interaction before attempting several separate tasks. Watch where every Minion is standing before ordering the next move.
