How to Play Pac-Man World 3
Quick start
Practise moving and jumping on the first safe platforms. Activate a nearby switch, inspect the next route and use a spinner plate’s touch prompt when required.
Controls
Move with the DS directional controls and use the game’s indicated jump and attack buttons for platforms and enemies. On a spinner plate, draw circles on the touch screen to operate it; touch input is not the main movement control.
Pac-Man World 3 — About this game
Pac-Man explores three-dimensional stages with platforms, switches, keys and enemy encounters. Jumping, punching and a downward stomp solve different obstacles, while some encounters use a special pellet to turn spectral pursuers into targets. Begin by learning the movement and jump distance on safe ground, then investigate the nearest switch and the route it affects. Touch-screen spinner plates add a separate circular action to the normal button movement. Keep track of a collected key or shard before backtracking; progress may depend on a mechanism already activated rather than another fight.
