How to Play Shanghai
Quick start
Inspect the opening arrangement and identify pairs with both tiles exposed. Remove pairs that uncover useful tiles first, rather than taking the first match you notice.
Controls
The directional pad moves the cursor; I selects a tile and confirms its matching partner. Only uncovered tiles with a free side can be removed.
Shanghai — About this game
Shanghai is a tile-removal puzzle rather than a four-player mahjong match. Select identical exposed pairs, open lower layers and plan removals so the remaining tiles do not become locked beneath inaccessible matches.
