Zonk flies through a comic mechanical world in a horizontally scrolling shooter full of strange enemies and transformations. Collect power-ups to develop the attack, and pay attention to the companions that can change what the hero can do. Enemy formations arrive from different positions, so moving toward a power-up without checking the surrounding shots can be costly. Learn the coverage of each form before trying to force a close approach. The rockabilly presentation and exaggerated machines give the journey its character, while survival still depends on positioning and reading the next wave.
