Controls
The directional pad moves Sadler and the menu cursor. I jumps and II attacks in action areas. SELECT opens the command menu for equipment, magic, items and saving; I confirms and II cancels.

Towns supply information, equipment and recovery, while hostile areas ask for direct movement and attacks. Watch the reach of the sword and the position of platforms before pressing deeper into a dangerous section. The party's journey develops through conversations as well as fights, making it important to understand the next objective rather than simply move toward the nearest exit. Preparation in safe locations supports a route where an enemy's placement can matter as much as its strength.
