Manage a Formula 1 team through staffing, budgets and car development. Hire staff and drivers, manage salaries and purchase components such as engines, chassis, tyres and brakes. The decisions interact: a costly part is useful only if the team can afford the team and development around it. Races unfold according to the prepared participants' abilities and machinery, so the meaningful work happens before the start. Review the budget and the car as a whole instead of spending everything on one impressive component. Results then reveal where the next investment is most needed.
