Use the directional pad to move and select commands. II attacks and I performs the available jump or additional action; I confirms menus and II returns.
FIEND HUNTER — About this game
A monster hunter travels through hostile areas in a side-scrolling adventure that blends direct action with role-playing elements. The hero's equipment and condition matter, but enemies still have to be faced through movement and well-timed attacks. Inspect a new area before pressing forward, remember where recovery is possible and use information from story encounters to identify the next objective. An improved weapon cannot compensate for standing where several threats converge. The appeal lies in the combination of a developing fantasy journey and physical encounters that ask the player to judge distance, terrain and the moment to strike.
