A shipwrecked swordsman joins a party in a fantasy role-playing adventure built around a parody of familiar Japanese RPG conventions. Towns, travel and encounters lead into battles in which the timing of commands matters, while a job system changes the abilities available to party members. Building a useful group means considering how different roles support one another rather than giving everyone the same task. Equipment and recovery supplies become especially important when travelling away from a safe settlement. The game includes adult-themed imagery, but its underlying progression centres on exploration, party development and combat. Review new jobs as they become available and retain a dependable way to restore the party's health.
