Guide a stream of wandering lemmings to an exit by giving selected individuals jobs that reshape their route. The creatures walk without understanding danger, so a safe passage must be prepared before the group reaches a gap, wall or lethal drop. Builders, blockers, diggers and other skills solve different obstacles, but the available quantities limit how freely you can experiment. Pause to study the level, work out where the first change is needed and assign a skill to the correct lemming at the correct moment. Success is measured by saving the required proportion of the group rather than personally steering one character. The PC Engine CD version presents this familiar planning challenge with graphics and sound adapted for the console.
