PC Engine Hyper Catalog CD-ROM — About this game
The first Hyper Catalog combines reference pages, promotional sequences and playable samples behind a Bonk-themed interface. Lords of Thunder offers a stage with armor selection, while Riot Zone starts its brawling sample in a section drawn from the full game’s second stage. Other entries present animated previews instead of asking for player input. The catalog can be filtered to find game details, making browsing a separate activity from launching a demo. Choose a playable entry when looking for direct control, then learn that game’s own attack and movement rules. These are limited previews, so some options are unavailable and each demo ends before the full game does.
