How to Play Buster Bros.
Quick start
Select one- or two-player play and begin a stage. Stay to one side of a large balloon, fire into its path and clear the small fragments before creating too many new ones.
Controls
The direction pad moves left or right and climbs or descends ladders. Either action button fires the equipped wire or gun. RUN starts or pauses play.
Buster Bros. — About this game
Buster Bros., also known as Pang or Buster Bros., turns the simple act of firing upward into a careful game of positioning. Large balloons break into smaller ones, so a successful hit can add more moving hazards before it clears the screen. Platforms, ladders and the shape of each arena change where it is safe to stand. Useful weapons and temporary items help control the situation, but crossing under an incoming balloon for a pickup can create a worse problem. Learn the lowest point of a bounce and fire when the balloon will meet the shot rather than when it is directly overhead. The changing landmarks provide a backdrop to progressively tighter arrangements of targets and terrain.
