Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective — About this game
Holmes and Watson guide a form of detective work built around choosing whom to visit and what to ask next. Each case offers filmed testimony and printed clues rather than an action sequence to defeat. The London directory and newspaper connect names, addresses, and events, helping you find leads that are not obvious from a single interview. Following every possible visit is less effective than comparing the information you already hold. Make notes about contradictions, separate suspicion from evidence, and decide when your explanation can answer the case’s questions. The investigation rewards attention to testimony and economical reasoning.
