Quick start
Create or select a balanced party, equip its members in town, and choose an introductory quest. Check the scenario instructions before entering the field.
Controls
The direction pad moves the party and selects commands. The action buttons handle attacks, jumping, and menu confirmation according to the current screen. Use town menus for equipment and party preparation.
Sorcerian — About this game
A party travels together through side-scrolling scenarios, confronting enemies while searching for the actions and objects needed to complete each quest. Character creation and preparation in town are central to the experience: different kinds of adventurers bring different strengths, and equipment affects both survival and the options available during an expedition. The party moves as a group, so jumping and attacking require attention to the entire line rather than a single hero. Quests encourage experimentation with places and objects as well as combat. Return to town to adjust the group when a scenario exposes a weakness, and read its objective before setting out again.
