The second Graduation simulation returns you to the homeroom teacher’s role with a new class to understand. Lessons and guidance influence how the students develop, but academic progress must be considered alongside condition, behavior, and motivation. The central task is recognizing why one student benefits from an approach that leaves another struggling. Review the results of each schedule before repeating it, and respond to difficulties while there is still time in the school year to change course. Character events give context to those statistics, making a successful class the result of many small decisions rather than one universal training routine.
