How to Play Valis III
Quick start
Begin the campaign, practice Yuko’s jump and attack, and inspect character switching when it becomes available. Compare each heroine’s reach before tackling a crowded section.
Controls
Use the direction pad to move and crouch. I jumps and II attacks; SELECT changes the active heroine and RUN pauses. Combine directional input with attacks for the available special actions.
Valis III — About this game
Glames’s attempt to save his own dying world threatens both Earth and Vecanti, drawing Yuko into another struggle over the power of the Valis sword. Cham and Valna join the adventure, and the three heroines offer different ways to approach a stage. Their weapons, attack reach, and magic make character selection a tactical decision instead of a cosmetic change. Platforming hazards and enemy formations require attention to the active heroine’s strengths. Try a different character when a familiar approach becomes awkward, and preserve magical resources for a situation where their distinctive power is useful. Boss fights reward learning the opening before committing to an attack.
