Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest — About this game
Move through a stage as Jack, watching for ledges, enemies and objects that can help open the next route. Use a short attack and block instead of standing still through repeated hits. Interaction can pick up or throw an object and activate a switch, so inspect a barrier before treating it only as a combat problem. Start with the opening stage and practise the separate jump, kick and sword controls. Between adventures, touch-screen mini-games offer different tasks such as memory patterns or cannon aiming. The original DS also includes two-person cooperative play, separate from its mini-game contests.
