How to Play Platinum Sudoku
Quick start
Begin with the tutorial if needed, then try an Easy Sudoku grid. Pick an empty cell and compare its row, column and box before entering a value. Use the keypad if you prefer it to handwriting. When stuck, open the light-bulb menu and read the cost of a hint before spending credits.
Controls
Select a cell and enter its value with the displayed number buttons or in-cell handwriting. Tap the light bulb for the Hint menu and choose the required help within your credit budget. Follow confirmation dialogs before solving a grid; the on-screen controls also show undo and redo.
Platinum Sudoku — About this game
Platinum Sudoku combines classic number-placement grids with Kakuro sum puzzles. Choose a difficulty and work with touch number buttons or write directly into cells. A light-bulb hint menu can list candidates, solve an easier cell or scan for incorrect entries, with help spending a limited credit allowance that varies by difficulty. Coaching and visual options let you change the amount of guidance. Completing puzzles also opens extra challenges and an expanded puzzle library, so the large collection is something to progress through as well as browse.
