How to Play Power Quest
Quick start
Choose 1P, select a model with the directional pad and confirm with A. Practise A for a strong attack and B for a light attack. With models other than Borot, use Up to jump and hold away from the opponent to guard. Choose Start for the town-based Story Mode.
Controls
In menus and town, the directional pad moves, A confirms and B cancels. In fights, A is a strong attack and B a light attack; Up jumps, Down crouches and holding back guards. Reverse left and right when facing the other way. Borot only moves forward/back and attacks with A. START pauses; SELECT is not used.
Power Quest — About this game
Each model has its own fighting style, so spacing and defence matter more than pressing both buttons constantly. Building the power gauge stores points for powerful attacks, with some Story Mode abilities depending on items. Town menus and the shop support the adventure between fights. The simple Borot model is an important exception: it can only move forward, move back and attack with A.
