How to Play Power Rangers Samurai
Quick start
Start the first mission, practise quick attacks followed by a strong hit and watch the next obstacle. Read the Megazord instructions when the perspective changes.
Controls
Move and fight with the DS controls taught at the start; use attack, block and jump as prompted. Megazord fights use the touch screen for the disc and displayed attack/defence actions.
Power Rangers Samurai — About this game
Samurai on DS moves from side-scrolling combat to a separate Megazord confrontation. Learn the reach of quick and strong attacks, then combine them while leaving room to block or jump away. Some routes need a particular Ranger's special move, so examine obstacles rather than assuming every character opens every path. Portals also change movement during a mission. Start with the opening enemies, read the mission context and save powerful actions for a clear opportunity. Giant battles change to touch controls, making their prompts a fresh task rather than another button combo.
