How to Play Powerful Golf
Quick start
Choose an opening round, check the first hole and practise one safe shot followed by a putt. After learning the shot sequence, try World Tour or start Success from its own menu.
Controls
Use the DS shot prompts to aim, select a club and set power and impact. Read the current lie before committing. Success uses separate event and training selections rather than the on-course shot controls.

Powerful Golf combines a touring competition with character development. World Tour offers courses across several regions, while Success asks you to build a golfer through its events and training. Start by learning a short hole: read distance, choose a club and consider where a safe shot should land before setting power. A controlled approach makes the putt easier than chasing distance alone. Once the shot rhythm is familiar, move into the tour or begin development and read how the next action changes the golfer's situation.
