As general manager, choose a real club and build its future through decisions away from the batter's box. Recruiting, training and match instructions work together, while the budget limits how quickly a weakness can be fixed. The opening goal is a Japan Series title within ten years. Start by reading the squad and identifying one missing role, then plan a manageable change before advancing the schedule. Results show whether a new player or a tactical adjustment is helping. This is a management simulation, so progress comes from the team plan rather than timing a manual swing.
