How to Play Puyo Pop
Quick start
Choose Single Puyo Pop to begin Arle and Carbuncle's story, then enter Hajimari Forest and face Skeleton-T. Connect four or more same-color Puyo to clear them. Build offset groups so clearing one color drops another set into place; the resulting chain sends more garbage Puyo than isolated clears. Keep the center spawn area low while you learn a dependable two-chain.
Controls
D-pad Left/Right: move the falling pair. D-pad Down: speed up its fall. A: rotate counter-clockwise. B: rotate clockwise. START: pause. In menus use the D-pad to choose, A to confirm, and B to return. Blocking the Puyo spawn position loses the round.
