How to Play Puzzler World 2013
Quick start
Open Challenge Mode and choose an early puzzle of a type you recognize. Read the whole clue, scrolling if needed, then enter each letter or number separately. Check what the game recognized before continuing. If stuck, compare the hint tiers and start with a smaller one. After finishing the puzzle, try its bonus round and use the resulting reward-machine opportunity before choosing your next challenge.
Controls
DS: tap puzzle choices and use the stylus for answers. Write one letter or number at a time instead of a whole word, and scroll long clues or answer lists. Choose a hint tier to spend coins for the amount of help shown. Follow the individual bonus game's touch instructions and time limit.
Puzzler World 2013 — About this game
Puzzler World 2013 on DS mixes crosswords and Sudoku with less familiar puzzles such as Maze-A-Pix and Loko. Challenge Mode lets you choose puzzles in your own order, so a difficult clue need not stop the whole collection. Written answers are entered one character at a time, and longer clue lists can be scrolled into view. Hints have several tiers: a small expenditure gives a little help, while more coins reveal more of the answer. Finishing a main puzzle opens a short bonus game, often timed, followed by an opportunity to use the reward machine for more hint coins. Switching between vocabulary, numbers and pictures keeps each session varied.
