How to Play Rayman DS
Quick start
Choose New Game and practise movement, jumping and shooting in the opening route. Adjust the camera before a narrow landing. Reach the Hall of Doors and save before stopping.
Controls
D-pad or a touch-screen slide moves Rayman; A jumps and B shoots. L returns the camera behind him; hold X with a direction to look around or Y to rotate. START opens the game menu.
Rayman DS — About this game
Rayman DS sends Rayman against Robo-Pirates who have shattered the world's power and imprisoned its inhabitants. Explore three-dimensional routes, break cages and gather Lums while seeking four magical masks. Begin with New Game, learn movement and short jumps, and use the camera to inspect a landing before committing. The D-pad or touch screen moves Rayman; shooting handles enemies and mechanisms along the way. New powers open further possibilities as the adventure advances. The Hall of Doors connects worlds and is where the manual tells you to save, so complete a world's route and return there before ending a session. Keep track of cages and yellow Lums on the lower display when revisiting a place.
