How to Play Rayman
Quick start
Choose New Game and begin in Spellbound Forest. Move right from the flower, jump the first water gap and climb the vine. Go up to the left-hand ledge for the extra life, then return to the route on the right. Practise crawling into low openings and use B to clear enemies; record the password when the stage ends.
Controls
D-pad Left/Right: walk. Up/Down: climb or look; Down crouches, and Down+Left/Right crawls. A: jump, holding longer for height. B: punch; hold to charge a stronger fist. START: pause. SELECT: open the in-game menu. Rayman automatically catches reachable ledges.
Rayman — About this game
The journey begins in Spellbound Forest and continues through worlds built around different hazards. Rayman can charge his fist, cling to ledges and gain powers that let him glide or use flying rings. Some cages need powers learned later. After defeating Mr. Dark, the world map lets you return to earlier stages and search for the cages you missed. Write down the stage passwords to resume this handheld adventure later.
