How to Play Real Pro Yakyuu!: Central League Hen
Quick start
Choose a Central League club and begin a match. When batting, watch the ball and press A to swing; B bunts. During pitching use the directional pad to adjust and A to deliver. On defence move toward the ball and use A for the throw.
Controls
The directional pad moves fielders and adjusts batting or pitching position. A swings, pitches or throws according to the phase; B bunts at the plate. START pauses. Menus use the directional pad, A to confirm and B to return.

At the plate, wait for a hittable pitch instead of swinging at everything. On the mound, vary the intended location and consider the runners before delivering. A ball put in play changes the task to positioning a fielder and choosing the throw. Learning that rhythm makes the innings easier to follow than relying on batting alone.
