How to Play River City - Super Sports Challenge
Quick start
Enter the easy Challenge lessons and practise running, jumping and attacks. Then choose a tournament team and inspect the four event objectives before selecting a participant.
Controls
Under the new control scheme D-pad moves, B with movement dashes, A jumps, Y punches and X kicks; R guards. Classic changes dash and jump inputs, so check Options. Follow the displayed event rules for climbing, swimming and treasure actions.
River City - Super Sports Challenge — About this game
Cross-country and obstacle races share the contest with treasure hunting and knockout combat. A tournament adds results across events, so a poor finish in one need not end your chance. In the races, follow route arrows and choose when to climb or jump rather than wasting the whole time fighting. Treasure Hunt rewards reaching chests and disrupting opponents; Knockout asks you to survive the brawl. Begin with Challenge's easy lessons to learn the selected control scheme. Later missions earn development and appearance options for a custom team, while Free Battle offers original local competition with separate DS setup.
