Start the island scene, hold the stylus over a small detail to inspect it and switch from looking to interacting when appropriate. Check the first collected item in the inventory.
Controls
Tap with the stylus to move or act; hold it down for magnification. Use the D-pad to change the action cursor and L/R to select inventory items. Combine objects through the inventory and choose conversation topics on screen.

Begin by studying the crash surroundings, collecting a useful object and checking its description. Revisit people when new information changes what you can ask, and combine objects only after understanding the obstacle.
