Quick start
Choose Tutorial or New Game, select a scenario and ruler and inspect the starting city's officers and resources. Carry out a suitable domestic order, then review the position before advancing the turn.
Controls
Tap lower-screen commands or use the D-pad to select, A to confirm and B to return or cancel. X advances progression; check remaining actions before using it. Read formation and target information before issuing a war command.

Sangokushi DS 3 adapts the ruler-based strategy of Sangokushi V. The campaign runs through monthly turns, with reputation affecting how many orders you may issue. Officers take responsibility for domestic affairs, military work, personnel, schemes and diplomacy, making assignments part of planning. Begin with the tutorial or a new scenario, choose a ruler and inspect the city information before spending the month's actions. Formation and terrain matter once an army deploys. Hero Battle Road provides a separate battle-focused route using your own force, so its shorter goals differ from administering the whole realm.
