Romance of the Three Kingdoms II — About this game

Romance of the Three Kingdoms II turns ruling into a problem of people as much as armies. Six starting scenarios let you select a historical ruler or establish a new one in vacant territory. Assign each general a monthly task: cultivate land, improve flood defenses, recruit officers, or prepare soldiers. Loyalty keeps followers dependable, while a ruler's trustworthiness shapes diplomatic opportunities. Spies and forged letters can weaken a rival before armies meet. Battles add duels and allied operations to tactical movement, and prolonged wars continue into later months. Victory means bringing all 41 provinces under your rule.
