How to Play Sanrio Carnival

Quick start

Press START for the first person on the title. Use the direction keys to move the cursor to "Nyumon Course" and start. Check the arrangement and music on the practice screen, then press START again. Align the left and right sides, change the orientation with A/B, and line up 3 of the same pictures. You can reduce the chance of stacking errors by speeding up the fall at the bottom after deciding where to place the items.

Controls

Select the menu using the direction keys, press A to confirm, and press B to cancel or return to the previous screen. START starts the title and mode. While falling, use left and right to move the group, fall faster below, and use A/B to rotate left and right around the white frame block. START during the game is paused. Press A while paused to change the background color.

Sanrio Carnival — About this game

Stack the character blocks that fall in pairs and connect the same pictures to erase them. Since the block rotates around the white frame, it is important to consider not only the placement of the blocks next to each other, but also the orientation after the block falls. Includes an introduction where you can practice with large pictures and a small number of types, a mode to improve your score, a stage where you challenge a set task, and a two-player battle. In a battle, first erase the target line to get points, and when using color blocks, you can increase the remaining tasks for your opponent by chaining. Make sure you don't stack them too high, and make shapes that are easy to erase when looking at the next set.
