How to Play Scooby-Doo! Mystery Mayhem
Quick start
Press START, choose New Game and enter The Haunting of Hambridge. Go through the first basement door, hold B with a direction to sneak past the ghost, collect the wrench, use the lift and activate the first checkpoint. Continue to Velma and Daphne, then search the library for keys and three clues. When Shaggy obtains the Tome of Doom, equip it and keep its beam on a ghost, pressing B repeatedly to drain and capture it before the energy meter empties. Activate every checkpoint and pick up Wisps to recharge the Tome; Scooby Snacks restore courage/health.
Controls
D-pad walks, uses entrances and chooses directions; double-tap Left/Right to run. A jumps and confirms. D-pad+B sneaks or hides. L selects the playable character, and L+D-pad scans the surroundings. R equips the current item, including the Tome of Doom; B uses the equipped item and repeatedly drains a locked ghost or recharges from a Wisp. SELECT opens character select. START pauses. Context actions appear near switches, doors and checkpoints.
