How to Play Scrabble - Crossword Game
Quick start
Start with Classic against a computer opponent, or try a Trainer exercise first. Inspect your rack, choose an English word and place the tiles in a straight line, fitting the board’s word connections. Check the placement and premium squares before touching Play. Review the score and definition before planning the next turn.
Controls
Use the stylus to move letters from the rack onto the board. The USA game’s Play control submits a move; Undo revises the current placement and Swap handles exchanging letters. Follow the screen’s prompts for confirmation and mode-specific actions. This USA game uses English words, regardless of the page language.

The USA retail DS game offers traditional Classic play, a timed Speed alternative and Scrabble Slam, which changes the challenge to four-letter card words.
