How to Play SD Hiryuu no Ken EX
Quick start
Choose a solo fight and a character. First test movement, a B punch and an A kick from different distances. Practice guarding by holding away from the opponent, then answer a missed attack. Add A+B only after learning where the heavier move reaches.
Controls
Left/right moves, Up jumps and Down crouches. Hold away from the opponent to guard. A kicks and B punches; A+B performs a heavy move. Double-tap toward or away to dash. Directional special moves vary by fighter, so learn basic range before adding longer inputs.
SD Hiryuu no Ken EX — About this game
The EX version expands the fighting flow with more flexible cancels and airborne combinations. A basic hit can lead to a stronger sequence, but the opponent's height and your position affect what connects. Learn the reach of a punch and a kick before trying elaborate inputs. Guard an incoming attack, respond during the recovery and avoid repeating a long move at a distance where it cannot reach.
