Gegege no Kitarou — About this game
Fight alongside Kitarou and complete the yokai panel. Medama-oyaji introduces the creatures, and minigames accompany the battles. Kitarou brings the world of Japanese yokai into a Pico learning game. The characters and supernatural setting frame short visual questions, with observation and choosing an answer taking the place of a lengthy role-playing quest. Look at the characters in the current scene, listen to the question and compare the choices before responding. Familiarity with the series adds context, but the immediate task is to understand the prompt in front of you. Explore another scene when you want a different set of encounters.
