Knightmare — About this game
Popolon advances through vertically scrolling battles to reach the enemy leader and rescue Aphrodite. New formations enter from above, forcing the knight to keep finding a line from which to attack without losing room to evade. The Taiwanese SG-1000 edition follows the MSX shooter, retaining an overhead view and a journey built around successive combat stages. Progress means moving through those encounters toward the rescue, choosing when to stay on a useful firing lane and when the next formation demands a new position.
