Time Warner 32X CMD Download Cartridge — About this game
This developer cartridge served Time Warner’s 32X testing workflow. It downloaded programs onto a flash cartridge so that the resulting code could be tried on real 32X hardware. It is a development tool rather than a playable game, so it has no player campaign or match to start.
