Anett Futatabi — About this game
Anett advances through enemy-filled stages with a sword and a steadily replenishing magic gauge. Close combat handles nearby opponents, while the amount of stored magical energy determines the strength of a spell, reaching a screen-clearing attack at high charge. This third entry in the El Viento and Earnest Evans trilogy uses a side-scrolling beat-em-up structure: clear the fighters blocking the route and face the boss at its end. Timing a spell around the gauge is more useful than spending it as soon as any energy returns.
