How to Play BattleCorps
Quick start
Choose a pilot and begin the opening mission. Read the briefing, test the walker’s steering and turn toward the first clear target. Learn how the terrain limits movement before approaching several hostile machines at once.
Controls
In control Mode A, D-pad up/down changes walking speed; left/right steers. Hold A + D-pad to move the head independently. B: fire the selected weapon. C: change weapon. START: pause; press twice to toggle the overhead map. Mode B swaps ordinary and A-held movement roles.
BattleCorps — About this game
On Mandlebrot’s World, a computer virus has turned the mining colony’s machines against its inhabitants. BattleCorps sends a bipedal combat machine across twelve missions to reach and reboot the corrupted system. The cockpit view makes terrain and the approach of hostile machinery central to each encounter. Move with enough space to evade, bring targets into the forward firing area and follow the mission objective instead of treating every open area as an invitation to fight.
