How to Play Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck
Quick start
Start a new game and practise a short club swing and jump in the first area. Approach the first dinosaur from the edge of the club’s reach, then inspect nearby objects and paths before advancing.
Controls
D-pad: move or crouch. A: stand on the club or ride a friendly creature. B: swing the club. C: jump. Alternate A and C to paddle during the river race. START: begin or pause.

Chuck Junior leaves home to rescue his father in a prehistoric side-scrolling sequel. The baby caveman carries a club, giving his attacks a different reach from Chuck’s belly strikes in the first game. Dinosaurs, platforms and objects in the landscape shape the route through each stage. Learn the club’s distance before running into an enemy, and use a clear stretch of ground to judge a jump before trying to cross a hazard under pressure.
