How to Play Corpse Killer
Quick start
Begin a new mission, follow the opening live-action scene and test the targeting sight. Track the first zombie across the screen, fire deliberately and keep watching for another target rather than holding aim on an already cleared space.

D-pad: aim. A: fire. B: change bullet type. C: retreat to the graveyard. START: begin or pause.
Corpse Killer — About this game
This edition is the Sega CD 32X version and requires the combined CD and 32X platform. A special-forces soldier lands on a tropical island where Dr. Hellman has raised an army of the dead. Corpse Killer overlays shooting targets on filmed scenery, making the action a matter of tracking the zombies that enter the frame and firing before they reach the soldier. Live-action scenes explain the island and the people encountered there. The Sega CD and enhanced 32X editions share the premise, but their visual presentation differs; Saturn-only extras are not part of this description.
