Quick start
Start a new game and examine the jungle area. Collect nearby objects, learn how to hang from a ledge and practise one safe running jump before advancing.

Flashback: The Quest for Identity — About this game
Conrad begins without a clear memory of who he is or why he is being pursued. His search unfolds through carefully animated platform sections, conversations, objects and gunfights. Movement has deliberate weight: a running jump and a standing jump cover different situations, and ledges require careful positioning. A weapon can solve an encounter but cannot replace the right item or access card. The Sega CD edition retells this investigation with CD presentation while retaining its methodical approach to movement and discovery.
