The Sega CD Jurassic Park is an exploration adventure built around first-person locations and live-action information, rather than the run-and-gun game found on other systems. The player searches the island for dinosaur eggs and the means to survive encounters with its inhabitants. Looking closely at a scene, consulting available information and choosing equipment all matter. An apparently quiet location can still conceal a useful object or a dangerous animal.
